Saint Gabriel founder and CEO, Bernadette Sukkar has extensive experience as a corporate finance advisor, executive, and in creating strategies for capital issues. She has worked in both advisory and executive roles with leading Australian stockbroking and global mining consultancy firms.
Bernadette has advised on transactions in a board range of sectors including mining and resources, energy, and information technology. She has worked on projects in emerging markets and developed markets in Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
She has worked with clients on IPOs, debt fundings, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic partnerships.
Bernadette has a Bachelor of Business in Finance & Banking and has completed the Company Directors Course, GAICD, with the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
